K1 Fiance Visa
K1 Fiance visas are necessary in order for the Fiance of a US Citizen to immigrate to the USA. EZ Visa are K1 specialists who will work closely with you through the whole process.
K3 Spouse Visa
K3 Spouse visas are necessary in order for the Spouse of a US Citizen to immigrate to the USA. EZ Visa are K3 specialists who will work closely with you through the whole process.
K2 Child visa
A K2 visa is issued to the child or children of your fiancée. The child will be included on the fiancée application and there is no additional fee to process the child under the K1 Fiance Visa.
K4 Child visa
A K4 visa is issued to the child or children of your spouse. The child will be process independently of your spouse with a minimal fee of only $100 to us and a $420 government fee.
Alien Relative visa
The Alien relative petition must be submitted for any relative other than a spouse wanting to immigrate to the US. The Alien Relative petition is also used to petition a wife already in the US under a different status or to petition another relative of yours or your spouse once she becomes a permanent resident. The total time for an Alien Relative to receive a visa depends on the visa issuing country and the priority dates associated with it. It can take anywhere from 18 months upward to several years for relatives over 21 years of age. Children of your spouse can usually get an Alien Relative Visa within a year.
Adjustment of Status
This is the application for permanent residency (Green card). The processing time for a green card is usually 6 months. Both a fiancée and an Alien relative will file for the permanent residency after arriving in the US.
Employment Authorization
The alien relative will be able to work after getting their social security card and an EAD (Employment Authorization Document). An EAD is applied for at the same time you file for AOS (Adjustment of Status). The processing period is 60-90 days to acquire the EAD.
