Important Information

EZ Visa Visa Service is a privately owned company offering application preparation services in the areas of Immigration and Naturalization. We are not the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service ( USCIS) or a law firm. The USCIS does not accept applications in electronic form or through Internet. If you choose, you can use our services to prepare your application online. However we will file your completed application with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service by mail. EZVisa Visa Service aims to make your application preparation simpler, easier, better understandable and cost effective. We neither intend nor claim to provide legal advice or solutions to individual's specific problems.

USAGE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY IMPORTANT INFORMATION This Agreement governs the use of EZVisa's on-line immigration preparation services (including its related user instructions and content). EZVisa Visa Service is a privately owned company offering application preparation services in the areas of Citizenship and Immigration. We are not the U.S Government Citizenship and Imigration Service (INS or BCIS or USCIS) or a law firm. If you choose, you can use our services to prepare your application for you. EZVisa Visa Service aims at making your application preparation simpler, easier, better understandable and cost effective. We neither intend nor claim to provide Legal advice or solutions to individual's specific problems. You may not use the Services until you have read this Agreement and indicated your unconditional acceptance of it by clicking the “I agree” button. If you do not accept or agree to this Agreement, you should terminate your use of the Services by leaving the site immediately. As used in this Agreement, the terms you , your or user are synonymous, and refer to the person using the Services in any way. A registered user is a user from whom EZVisa Visa Service has received the information necessary to permit such person to receive information gathering documentation or prepared immigration forms by using the Services and who complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Permitted Uses and Restrictions on Use Subject to this Agreement, a user is granted permission to use the Services to prepare a single valid immigration application per applicable service fee paid and, after proper registration and any applicable payment, and print such an immigration application. Not withstanding anything in this Agreement, EZVisa Visa Service has no responsibility or liability for damages or claims relating to any use of the Services on a professional basis. You agree to review your immigration application for indications of obvious errors prior to printing or signing your application. You are also responsible for acquiring and maintaining all equipment, computers, software and communications services (such as long distance phone charges) relating to the access and use of the Services, and for all expenses relating thereto (plus applicable USCIS fees). The payment of all fees and charges to EZVisa Visa Service, if applicable, must be made by your valid credit or charge card and/or other forms of accepted payments, except as otherwise provided herein, all fees and charges are non-refundable. General Agreement regarding the Fiancée/Spouse Visa Process General EZVisa will prepare and deliver to the applicant a complete application for submittal to the USCIS for the purpose of securing a fiancée/spouse visa as soon as the signed agreement is returned to ezvisa. The documents prepared by EZVisa will be based upon information supplied by the applicant and his fiancée/spouse. Most of the information required can be gathered and delivered via our online form. The applicant will receive one or more e-mails with instructions for completing this step. It is the applicants responsibility to complete and return the e-mails as instructed. Fee The fee to be paid by the applicant to EZVisa is paid in advance. If the full fee is not paid at the beginning of the process, the balance must be paid prior to EZVisa sending the completed application to the applicant for signature. Fees are not refundable once services have commenced. Commencement of services begins when full or partial payment for service is made. Timing Typical time frames for the process are as follows: Information gathering – 1 to 7 days – responsibility of Applicant. Typing – 2 to 5 business days after receiving complete info – responsibility of EZVisa. Execution of Document 1 day - responsibility of Applicant. Approval by USCIS – 21 to 45 days – responsibility of USCIS. Time from approval by USCIS to interview notification 21 to 60 days – responsibility of US embassy. The visa is typically given to the fiancée/spouse within 30 days of the interview. Expenses The applicant is responsible for the expenses associated with getting the fiancée/spouse visa. These vary according to the situation, but some examples are: Fiancée medical exam - $100 up. Filing fee to the INS -$455 fiance (subject to change). Consular interview fee - $100. Transportation to / from interview Pictures of applicant and fiancée/spouse to be sent to USCIS. Documents The Applicant is responsible to supply certain documents required by the USCIS. If these documents are not supplied in a timely manner the process will be delayed. The documents vary according to the circumstance but may include as examples: Birth Certificates Three Years Tax Returns Divorce Decrees or Death Certificate for each prior marriage. Submitting the Application When the application is complete, EZVisa will send a package to the Applicant containing the following: The completed application. Instructions for filing the document. An envelope in which to send to send the documents back to EZVisa for final assembly. The Applicant is responsible for: Signing the documents where indicated. Have the documents notarized where indicated. Following the instructions with regard to attaching additional documents, if indicated. Sending the documents back to EZVisa for final assembly and submission to the USCIS. Although it has taken significant measures to ensure the security of information submitted by you in using the Services, EZVisa Visa Service cannot guarantee the security of information collected during your use of the Services and shall not be liable in any way for a compromise of your data. Except to the extent required by applicable law, EZVisa Visa Service has no obligation to store or maintain any information you provide to it, and you agree to print or save a copy of your immigration applications for you records. Operation EZVisa Visa Service will respond to your questions or concerns within 1 business day (Monday - Friday, NOT including weekends and public holidays). EZVisa' business hours are Monday through Friday 9.00 am to 6 pm, Central Standard Time (CST). For all paid users please contact us with any technical issues at ezvisa@ezvisa.us. We do not intend to or claim to provide legal advise or solutions to individual's specific problems through this support. Miscelleneous This Agreement (including any related content on the Services, such as the introductory and welcome pages, which by this reference are incorporated herein) set forth EZVisa Visa Service and its Participating Parties' entire liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to the Services, and is a complete statement of the agreement between you and EZVisa Visa Service. This Agreement does not limit any rights that EZVisa Visa Service may have under trade secret, copyright, patent or other laws. The employees of EZVisa Visa Service and its Participating Parties are not authorized to make modifications to this Agreement, or to make any additional representations, commitments, or warranties binding on EZVisa Visa Service, except in a writing signed by an authorized officer of EZVisa Visa Service. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it shall be, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Arkansas law (without reference to choice of law principles), and applicable federal law.
